2015, THE year of Mesa Arizona!

Each new year brings an overwhelming feeling of inspiration… the idea that THIS year, will be THE year.

For residents of Mesa, Arizona- this tingling of possibility just might turn out to be more than typical, fleeting new year excitement. Industries across the board- sports, real estate, and tourism-  predict that Mesa, and Arizona at large will experience a hugely successful year.

This is great news, my fellow Arizonans!

Sports: 2015 will bring in a bang in the sports world! This year, both the Pro Bowl AND the Superbowl will be played in Arizona! Football fans from all over the country will travel to Arizona for each of these historic events- and we can’t wait to show them our Arizona hospitality.

Tourism: Our state enjoys gorgeous Spring weather. With average March temperatures in the mid 70’s, tourists flock to come see one of our most beloved pastimes- BASEBALL! More specifically, spring training. With over 200 MLB games within 30 days, Mesa serves as a baseball fan’s ultimate destination this Spring. In fact- Cactus League spring training brought over 1.6 million visitors to Mesa in the 68th season, according to VisitMesa.com.

Sloan Park, home of Chicago Cubs spring training, boasts shaded seating, a party pavilion, and architecture that resembles Wrigley Field. This incredible venue is one of the reasons West Jet Magazine ranked Mesa as one of the TOP 15 places to visit in 2015!

Real Estate: Construction in the East Valley this year will contribute to lively growth spurts near downtown energy hubs. As more development continues in the form of newly built condos to improvements in local attractions, the East Valley is an exciting area to watch!  Similarly, the housing market in Arizona for 2015 is looking quite optimistic. Realtor.com has put Phoenix on the ’10 hottest housing markets to watch in 2015′.

Whether you’re a visiting sports fan, or an Arizonan, 2015 is sure to be exciting!

A Sun Lover’s Winter Wonderland

Winter is often associated with a white wonderland of snow. And for many, the idea of a cozy, snowy holiday may be ideal… but for us at Coyote Landing, the SUN is what makes us feel merry & bright!

Today in Arizona, we enjoy 65 degrees of pure bliss. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and the residents of Coyote Landing are playing outside at our heated pool and jacuzzi. Today is the kind of day where we question the sanity of our snow loving buddies who prefer boots over bikinis. For us, the holiday is enhanced by our pool parties and mid-winter BBQ’s. Because who wouldn’t want to enjoy gorgeous weather all year round?

Come join us where the sun always shines, and relaxation and luxury ring loud all year round.

This is bliss. http://www.coyotelanding.com

Flowers in AZ

I have lived in AZ for 10 years now.  The first thing I fell in LOVE with was that Arizona has flowers blooming all year long!  Working at a condo community selling condos I often hear the same thing.  When our winter visitors arrive here in AZ during the winter months they get to see our beautiful colors blooming all over.  The desert may be brown but we focus on the rainbow of colorful flowers in bloom all year.

Listing your home during the holiday season

The holidays are here!   What a busy time of year!  Extra parties! Shopping! Signing Cards! Traveling!  Everyone has tons on their plate this month.  So listing your house in December is not usually a great time of year.  Everyone is focused on other things and not on moving or looking for their next house.  But come the beginning of a new year, that would be a great time!  In Arizona the weather could not be more perfect to move, no snow! or ice!  So if you are thinking about listing wait till the new year.
